Shipping:
- In the USA and Canada, shipping is a flat rate of $8.00, or FREE on orders over $69.95! (CAD). Booklover's Boxes are $8.00 flat rate shipping.
- Canadian Orders are processed and shipped out within 48 hours. US Orders ship on Fridays and will not incur any duties or taxes.
Returns:
Walton Wood Farm stands behind the quality of every retail product we offer. If you are unhappy with your purchase, please contact us to discuss an exchange or refund.
- Unused products in original packaging are accepted within 14 days of receipt of item.
- Returns are eligible for store credit , and or original payment method with proof of receipt.
- Sale/clearance items are NOT returnable, they are final sale.
- Shipping charges (original and return) are the customer’s responsibility.
- Refunds at management's discretion, If your return is accepted, we’ll send you more information, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package
- Items sent back to us without first requesting a return may not be accepted.
