• In the USA and Canada, shipping is a flat rate of $8.00, or FREE on orders over $69.95! (CAD). Booklover's Boxes are $8.00 flat rate shipping.
• Canadian Orders are processed and shipped out within 48 hours. US Orders ship on Fridays and will not incur any duties or taxes.

Walton Wood Farm stands behind the quality of every retail product we offer. If you are unhappy with your purchase, please contact us to discuss an exchange or refund.

• Unused products in original packaging are accepted within 14 days of receipt of item. 
• Returns are eligible for store credit , and or original payment method with proof of receipt.
• Sale/clearance items are NOT returnable, they are final sale. 
• Shipping charges (original and return) are the customer’s responsibility. 
• Refunds at management's discretion, If your return is accepted, we’ll send you more information, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package
